Shipping Destinations: 

Nationwide Jewellers Ltd on behalf of Nationwide Jewellers Ltd ships goods New Zealand wide.

At this time we do NOT accept international orders from other countries.

Shipping and Delivery Policy:

We deliver products New Zealand wide using NZ Courier Post. A flat rate shipping charge of $10 will be added to the order total before checkout.

Shipping times (excluding Christmas Trading period - see below) for stock items are estimated at between 4-10 business days depending on your location within New Zealand. Items that are 'made to order' have an estimated delivery of 6 weeks.

Christmas Trading - Orders received after the 14 December 2018 will not be guaranteed a pre Christmas Delivery. Due to our suppliers closing over the Christmas period, orders made between the 15 December 2018 and 16 January 2019 may not be delivered until late January.

All transactions are processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)

Pricing Policy:

All of our prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) as of 1st November, 2012. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.  

Customer Service Policy:

Nationwide Jewellers Ltd on behalf of Nationwide Jewellers Ltd is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently available and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.  

Refund Policy:

Please choose your online purchase carefully.  We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised. 

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order has been made online it cannot be cancelled.  Please refer to our Refund Policy.
